Menu3 hour mentoring session
This 3 hour session will assess drivers on their driving and working practices to gauge strengths and weaknesses and to identify what improvement (if any) are required. If appropriate this will include a review of the circumstances surrounding any issues that have arisen during their regular working activities. This is followed, where appropriate, with practical instruction and mentoring, with a final assessment to gauge progress. A performance report will be provided to managers on completion.
Cost per person: £160.00 + VAT = £192.00 (minimum of 2 participants)
Driver Refresher
Half day driver refresher course
This course is for qualified drivers who have not driven regularly in a long period of time and wish to re-familiarise themselves with operating larger vehicles with mentoring where necessary. Refresher training will take place within a variety of driving environments involving town (urban), country and dual carriageway or motorway driving and a variety of traffic features, e.g. roundabouts, junctions, intersections, etc. Some manoeuvring exercises will be incorporated.
The instructor will cover key points of Northern Ireland Traffic Regulations and the Highway Code and will discuss the capability and limitations specific to the vehicle being used in addition to basic driver Competence & Safety, and compliance to proper procedures for vehicle checks.
The driver will be given feedback on their driving and, if required, explanation for each of the scores and notes. At this point we will refer the driver to their manager with recommendations if appropriate. Candidates will be issued with a certificate of attendance on completion. A performance report can be provided to managers on completion.

Half Day Driving Assessment
3 hour driving assessment
This course is an in-depth assessment of driver competency and safe work practices in a variety of driving environments and a number of traffic features. The driver will be given feedback on their driving and if required, with explanation for each of the scores and notes. At this point we will refer the driver to their manager with recommendations if appropriate. A performance report will be provided to managers on completion.

Full day Driving Assessment
This course runs from 09.00 until 16.00 (with a break for lunch)
The Assessor will plan routes that will be used to conduct the assessment within a variety of driving environments involving towns (urban), country and dual carriageway or motorway driving and a variety of traffic features (e.g. roundabouts, junctions, intersections). Some manoeuvring exercises will be incorporated. The driver will be given feedback on their driving and if required, explanations for each of the scores and notes will be given. A performance report will be provided to the driver’s manager upon completion.
Cost: £384.00
