TTS can now deliver fully funded training programmes designed to upskill new or existing staff in the automotive, transport and logistics sectors.

Courses are available in:

• Management – suitable for those already managing staff and/or managing processes, with modules available in people management, employment legislation, quality management, project management, strategic development and managing events.
• Team Leading – designed for supervisors or first-line managers and provides practical knowledge and skills to strengthen leadership in an existing role or to advance the learner’s management career.
• Customer Service – suitable for those working in customer service roles at the front line of an organisation’s business activities, whether face-to-face, over the phone or providing some form of online support.
• Vehicle Sales – learn the skills to work in a fast-paced sales/business development role within the automotive sector.
• Vehicle Parts – learn the skills required within the retail motor industry for dealing with selecting and issuing parts, processing orders, stock management, and customer service.

Participants will receive a nationally recognised qualification upon completion. Please note this is a 12-18 month part-time commitment.
